The master ensuite bedroom has a double bed and private terrace. The second en-suite double bedroom also has a private terrace. The third en-suite bedroom has twin beds and private terrace. There is also a separate guest bathroom. Air conditioning and solar heating is fitted throughout. The wardrobe space is ample for all needs with plenty of hangers. The fully fitted kitchen includes a full hob and oven, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The spectacular turtle shaped swimming pool is set in the grounds of the property with plenty of space to sunbathe, swim or relax. The property is just a 5 minute walk from Calis beach with it's restaurants and shops. There is a local store 2 minutes from the property. The local bus (dolmus) service runs 2 minutes away every 15 – 20 minutes to the nearest town of Fethiye which takes approx. 10 – 15 minutes.

All prices are inclusive of end of stay cleaning service which will enable you to enjoy the final hours of your holiday without the hassle of cleaning. We can arrange an airport transfer at an extra cost if required. Additional supplementary days outside a full week are available at £75 per day subject to availability. Changeover day is negotiable. A £100 deposit per week is required on booking, with the full balance to be paid 10 weeks before the arrival date.
